# Terms of Service

Terms of service you need to know before purchasing a Hylead Studios setup

📌 1. Acceptance of Terms

 By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, setup, or software from Hylead Studios, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not use our services.

💳 2. Strict Refund Policy\
 Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or lack of technical knowledge to use the product.

**The Only Exception:** A refund will only be considered if the product is critically flawed and completely fails to function, and *only* after our technical support team has been given the opportunity to resolve the issue and cannot fix it and provided that this inability does not result from a failure to correctly follow the server installation or maintenance instructions contained in this documentation.

🛡️ 3. Licensing and Intellectual Property\
 Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our products. Hylead Studios retains all copyright and intellectual property rights. 🚫 Reselling, redistributing, leaking, or sharing our files with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban from our platforms.

⚙️ 4. Anti-Tampering and Security \
Our resources may include lightweight license verification systems designed not to impact performance. Attempting to modify, decompile, bypass, or remove any license validation code from our products is strictly forbidden.

💬 5. Community Conduct and Support \
💙 Support is a privilege, not a right. We require all users to maintain a respectful demeanor towards our staff and community members. Offensive language, spamming, or toxic behavior will result in the termination of your support access and potential removal from our community.
